Planning Permission

Around 90% of our buildings are completed under permitted development, with clear guidance provided where planning is required.

Many of the garden buildings we design and install can be constructed under permitted development, meaning formal planning permission is not required in most cases. This is subject to factors such as overall size, height, position within the garden, and the intended use of the building.

In some circumstances — particularly for larger buildings, annexes, or properties with specific planning constraints — an application may be necessary. Where this applies, we advise you from the outset and support the process with accurate drawings and supporting information.

Our role is to ensure each project is compliant while keeping the process clear, straightforward, and stress-free from initial design through to installation.
